Eating a healthy balanced diet is essential for our health and well being.

Here are some Recipe ideas to get you started..

300g-400g x rib eye steak or fillet 
1 x medium sweet potato 
100g x tender stem broccoli 
1 x tbsp of Pura coconut oil blend 
1 x chilli chopped 
1 x garlic glove crushed 
Salt and pepper

2 x fillets of sea bass (or a white fish of your choice)
2 x red chilli chopped (add more or Less depending on you)
8 x thin slices of lime
100ml of lime juice 
2 x large clove of garlic
Drizzle of olive oil 
A pouch of super grains or brown rice. (add veg/beans of your choice if wanted)

Seafood Spaghetti With A Tangy Tomato Sauce...

Serves 2 
Ingredients:


150g wholewheat spaghetti 
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
3 large cloves garlic sliced
1 red chilli finely chopped 
2 handfuls cherry tomatoes halved 
Salt and pepper 
150g raw king prawns 
Juice 1/2 lemon 
Handful of parsley finely chopped
